PHASE 1 TRAINING APP
USING EMPLOYER’S TRUCK

The Truckers Network App – is for Currently Employed Class A CDL Company Truck Drivers – Service Requirements
After creating your client’s account, stay on the phone with them to guide them through the full setup process.

  • Client must be CURRENTLY EMPLOYED operating an 18-wheeler commercial truck transporting Van, Reefer, or some Flatbed freight.
  • Clients must be CURRENTLY EMPLOYED, as this training requires using their employer’s truck. To avoid any issues, they should not inform their employer about this training.
  • To build a profit-focused habit, this training should be used consistently for 6 months to 1 year. It also helps clients save for equipment and their own FMCSA Authority.
  • This app requires a one-time download fee of $14.99.

STEP 1: Your client must complete account activation before you can begin app training. – (CLICK HERE – FOR ACTIVATION STEPS)

Step 1: Clients Must Activate Their Service to Complete Setup and Begin Training.
After creating the client’s account, stay on the phone while they activate it, then start providing app training. This online portal is used for billing and allows Owner Operator clients to grant their Accountant/Bookkeeper access to revenue records using the Client’s Access ID

  1. The Client Must to Sign Into their Online Portal:
    1. After you create the client’s account, they will receive a text message with instructions to activate it by visiting: https://drivers.eye1.net/.
    2. When the client visits the website (using a PC or tablet), DO NOT Login. Instead, they must click on the “ACCOUNT SERVICES” link.
    3. The client must select a service plan, create a billing account login, and complete the payment to activate their account.
    4. After payment is processed, the client will be redirected to log in to their Account Service Profile using their Access ID
    5. Activating App Access and Services:
      • The client must check the “Activate App Access” box and click the “Update” button to enable their service.

STEP2: Training Your Clients on the 3 Basic App Functions. – (CLICK HERE)

After the client activates their account and logs into the app, you can begin their app training;

  1. App Download & Login:
Instruct the client to download the app using the text link sent after account activation, then log in with their User ID.
  2. App Function 1. Update Starting Odometer:
Show clients how to update the app’s starting odometer to match the current truck. This is crucial for system accuracy and effective training. Most Owner Operators use the same truck, so they only need to set the app once. However, if they change trucks, they must update the app.
    * Company drivers often switch trucks, so it’s important to verify that the app’s last reported odometer matches the current truck daily for accuracy.
  3. App Function 2. Completed Load Submissions:
Walk the client through submitting loads in the app. They must be able to successfully submit at least three loads on their own to ensure they understand the process.
    * For Company Drivers, the load payment is preset to $600, as this is a training app designed to teach how to operate profitably through industry fluctuations.
  4. App Understanding 3. Checking the PES Status to Monitor Profitability:
After each submission, have the client check their PES status. This part of the app helps Owner Operators learn to identify actions that increase profits and those that cause losses. Refresh your dashboard after each load submission to follow along and explain why maintaining a strong positive PES status is crucial.
  5. Final Step: Once training is complete, have the client DELETE all load submissions and update the app’s starting odometer to match the current truck. (If not applicable, advise the client to update the app’s starting odometer to match the truck at the beginning of their next workday.)
    * This app trains Company Drivers to first understand the market before investing in equipment, ensuring long-term success.
  • Explain to the client that independent success in the trucking industry depends on maintaining a strong positive PES status. As they use the app, their PES will fluctuate between positive and negative—this is normal. Advise them not to worry; this service is designed to help them identify which actions build profits and which cause losses. By consistently booking loads and improving their PES, they will gain clarity on using LoadBoards effectively and running a profitable, successful independent trucking business.
  • If the PES remains negative but decreases, it means the last load submission recovered some losses but wasn’t enough to turn it positive. The PES serves as a profit indicator, helping clients understand how to maximize their take-home pay (profits) from gross revenue. This knowledge is crucial to mastering the trucking industry.

WHENEVER A CLIENT WANTS THEIR OWN AUTHORITY, WE HAVE A DEPARTMENT THAT HANDLES IT – (FAQs CLICK HERE)

  • We’ll help the Client get fully set up with all requirements, including your FMCSA Authority and Clearinghouse registration.
  • We’ll also help the Client get set up with the major load boards and show you how to book profitable loads that boost your take-home pay.
  • THESE TWO SERVICES ARE HANDLED BY A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT. The client remains yours, but once a Company Driver gets their own truck, they’ll switch to the Drivers Dispatch App (if applicable).
