This training consists of 3 parts that you must complete before we can schedule your interview. You have 1 week to complete the training; if not, your application will be deleted, and you’ll need to start over to proceed with joining our team, as a Logistics Coordinator.

This self-training app empowers current Owner Operators with guidance to boost their take-home pay by building a strong PES, increasing profits, and learning how to consistently outperform the market.
This app guides Class A CDL company drivers through the essential first steps to becoming successful Owner Operators, helping them learn how to build profits and consistently beat the market.

– Click on the “OPERATOR” button to create your Drivers Dispatch account, for the Truck Odometer, simply enter any number during the account setup. Then download the app and log in this is Your DEMO Account
– You will need to Submit a load in the app to see its effect, then refresh this page to view the update on your dashboard.

- After creating your Demo Account, download the app and log in.
- Refresh your Training Center Dashboard.
- Start making Load Submissions in the app.
- After each Load Submission, refresh your Training Center Dashboard.
- Complete at least 5 Load Submissions in the app.
- Then, complete Section 3, explaining your understanding of the two app services, and include the final PES Status for your Demo Account.

- As a Logistics Coordinator, this flexible role can fit any lifestyle. New clients will select you, building your client database. We recommend using this role as a side project to increase future commissions when monthly subscriptions start. The apps focus on the PES (Profitability Evaluation Status), helping Company Drivers build profits before becoming Owner Operators and enabling current Owner Operators to achieve strong results. Since the apps are self-training, they require minimal support, though you may occasionally assist clients. Due to high demand, Logistics Coordinators provide users with direct support. These apps are exclusively for Class A CDL 18-wheeler drivers.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be helping Company Truck Drivers with the TRUCKERS NETWORK APP This app trains on the most crucial aspect of becoming an Owner Operator: learning how to build up profits (your take-home pay) while still driving your current company truck. Don’t waste time—master this skill now, and we’ll help you transition into an Owner Operator. Start your training today!
– Each app is tailored to the truck, with PES (Profitability Evaluation Status) highlighting profit potential and guiding users on how to boost their Profits (their take-home pay) and avoid common costly mistakes. Through consistent use, they’ll learn to manage their business better, clear up confusion about booking loads, master LoadBoards, and build profits—even when market rates and fuel prices fluctuate.
- The Rewards for Users with a Positive PES Status:
The main objective of this self-training app is for users to focus on building up their PES Status to increase profits (their take-home pay). - The Consequences for Users with a Negative PES Status:
