- As a start research trucking companies that are struggling to grow their profits, especially those operating 10 or more trucks. Once you identify a good fit, help them get started with the Profit Analyzer Service.
- Securing a Trucking Company or Dispatch Service will accelerate your independent success, providing you with a strong start, a generous sign-up commission, and a monthly income.

- We have sales agents applying whose job is to generate leads to help you close sales. You will receive a text whenever a new sales agent becomes available so you can build your team. If you know someone you’d like to add, feel free to invite them to apply.
- Sales agents earn a $100 per signup and \$15 monthly for each prospect who becomes an active client. They focus on generating leads. As the Team Leader, you are responsible for closing the sales, interviewing new agents, and maintaining good communication with your team. You are their main point of contact.
YOUR SIGNUP COMMISSIONS AND MONTHLY SALARY PAYMENTS
- Your signup commission is paid after the payment clears the pending status, which usually takes 2 to 3 business days.
- Your monthly salary depends on how many active clients you have each month.
- All payments are issued once the client's payment has cleared the pending status.

AUTHORITY HELP - BECOMING A COMMON CARRIER (OWNER OPERATOR)
- A Common Carrier is a term used for classifying Independent Trucking Companies.
- Becoming independent means obtaining your own FMCSA Authority, making you your own trucking company. Our team will help you get fully set up with all the requirements, including FMCSA Authority and Clearinghouse registration.
- Afterwards, you'll be moved up to the Drivers Dispatch App. We'll help you get set up with the major LoadBoards and show you how to apply this training to your load booking strategy, so you start out building Net Profits (take home pay) from day one by independently booking profitable loads.
- Some Owner Operators may choose to become fully independent. If so, we can help you with that too. You'll remain in the Drivers Dispatch App service, just operating independently (if applicable).
