DISPATCHING SYSTEM - MANAGING AND DISPATCHING MULTIPLE COMPANY TRUCKS.
TO ADD A TRUCKING COMPANY ACCOUNT - (CLICK HERE)
- The Dispatchers for the Trucking Company has their own dashboard, similar to your Active Client Dashboard, where they can track each client's PES performance status. This helps dispatchers focus on booking more profitable loads and improving each truck's net profits.
- Dispatchers are responsible for adding their own trucks. For each truck added, it will appear in the dispatcher's dashboard. The dispatcher should use the truck's number to help identify each truck individually.
- Once the account is set up for a truck, every time it completes a load, the dispatcher must submit the load through the dashboard. They will need the new ending odometer reading taken at the delivery location. This process allows the dispatcher to track the PES status and see which types of loads to book to help the truck increase its net profits.
HOW THIS SERVICE WORKS FOR TRUCKING COMPANIES
- You are only responsible for setting up the service for the trucking company or dispatch service. They are responsible for adding their own clients and trucks. Clients for this service are billed at setup and monthly for 10 users or trucks, and you are paid for those accounts. They can add more anytime through their dashboard and will be billed separately for each additional user or truck.
- To add a client, the Trucking Company will follow the same steps you use to add a client to the Drivers Dispatch app. However, the Trucking Company will create the account in their Dashboard by using the truck's number as the mobile number.
- THE PROFIT ANALYZER APP IS AVAILABLE FOR BOTH TRUCKING COMPANIES AND DISPATCH SERVICES TO USE WHEN EVALUATING LOADS FOR THEIR CLIENTS OR TRUCKS.
