THE PROFIT ANALYZER FOR TRUCKING COMPANIES AND DISPATCHERS OPERATING MULTIPLE TRUCKS
This service is for trucking companies and dispatching services that manage multiple 18-wheeler commercial trucks hauling dry van, reefer, and some flatbed freight. For each Profit Analyzer account you create, the client and all their trucks will be listed in your Dashboard under the Profit Analyzer Accounts section.
Trucking Companies and Dispatchers can submit Completed Loads directly from their Dashboard using the truck's Ending Odometer and Delivery ZIP code. This allows Companies to track each truck's Net Profit performance and enables Dispatchers to monitor the profitability of each client.
A PROFIT SYSTEM FOR DISPATCH SERVICES AND TRUCKING COMPANIES.
You are only responsible for setting up the service for the trucking company or dispatch service. They are responsible for adding their own clients and trucks. Clients for this service are billed at setup and monthly for 10 users or trucks, and you are paid for those accounts. They can add more anytime through their dashboard and will be billed separately for each additional user or truck.

The Profit Analyzer provides an estimated outcome breakdown for your clients based on the broker’s load rate. It shows the Fuel Usage Loss/Gain result and includes the Recommended (R)Rate needed to stay profitable.
This App trains you to negotiate more effectively with brokers and shippers by using the System Recommended (R)Rate. The goal is to secure rates at or above the (R)Rate. If the rate is slightly below, reevaluate the load to generate a new report. A small loss is acceptable, but must be recovered on other loads. The Profit Analyzer helps you choose the right (R)Rates to stay profitable.
AS A PROFIT CONSULTANT YOUR PAYMENT AND SERVICE PRICING IS LISTED BELOW
- Each account starts with a minimum of 10 Trucks or Clients and includes a dashboard for Dispatchers to track each PES performance.
- For each Profit Analyzer account you create, the client and all their trucks will appear in your dashboard under the Active Client Profit Analyzer Accounts section.
- You earn monthly commission for all 10 active Clients/Trucks, plus extra commission for every additional truck or client added.
- This service requires a $7,500 signup fee and a $2,500 monthly service fee, with the first month free.
- Your signup commission is $1,000. Starting in the second month, you will also receive a monthly salary of $500.
- For every truck or owner operator added beyond the limit of 10, the client will be charged an extra one-time signup fee of $500 and an additional $100 monthly fee for each.
- You will receive an extra $100 signup commission and an additional $30 per month added to your monthly salary for each one.
