The Dispatch Service has their own dashboard, similar to your Active Client List page, where they can track each client's PES performance status. This helps dispatchers focus on booking more profitable loads and improving each client's net profits.
Dispatchers are responsible for adding their Owner Operator clients. For each truck added, it will appear in the dispatcher's dashboard. The Dispatcher must use the Owner Operator's mobile number. The Carriers Dispatch App is linked to that unique number (one number per account).
Once the account is set up, the owner operator will receive an SMS text with their User ID to log in.
Each time an Owner Operator completes a load, they must submit it through the app. This allows the Dispatcher to track PES status and identify which types of loads to book to help the client build stronger Net Profits.

You are only responsible for setting up the service for the trucking company or dispatch service. They are responsible for adding their own clients and trucks. Clients for this service are billed at setup and monthly for 10 users or trucks, and you are paid for those accounts. They can add more anytime through their dashboard and will be billed separately for each additional user or truck.

To add a client, the dispatcher will follow the same steps you use to add a client to the Drivers Dispatch app. However, the dispatcher will create the account in the Carriers Dispatch app by using the owner operator's mobile number.

THE CARRIERS DISPATCH APP WORKS EXACTLY LIKE THE DRIVERS DISPATCH APP, BUT IT IS LINKED TO THE DISPATCHER'S DASHBOARD. IT IS USED BY THE DISPATCH SERVICE'S OWNER OPERATOR CLIENTS.
